All hotel bookings are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Please review the specific terms and conditions at the time of booking, as certain promotional rates may be non-refundable. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Refund Policy - short stays (under 28 days)
Our refund policy for rentals under 28 days is designed to provide clarity and fairness. If you cancel your reservation more than 5 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions.
Refund Policy - long stays (over 28 days)
We understand that plans can change. For stays longer than 28 days, you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that cancellations made after this period will result in the first 30 days being non-refundable.
